As a company, we are dedicated to ending the cycle of waste that is generated by single-use theatre hats. We have developed a range of hats that are both practical and sustainable, specifically for the operating theatre industry. Our hats are designed to withstand regular use and can be easily washed and sanitised after each use. With our reusable theatre hats, we hope to make a significant impact on reducing landfill waste - 110 million disposable theatre hats alone went to landfill in 2023. Together we can make a change.

Changing away from disposable theatre hats to our range of reusable hats a great initiative to reduce throw away items from going to landfill in the NHS. These hats are designed to be reusable, washable, and durable, making them the perfect addition to any theatre team. We believe that we all have a responsibility to care for the environment and it's our mission to make it easy, affordable, and convenient for everyone to do their part.

Each year has just over 31 million seconds.... The number of disposable hats sent to landfill is approximately 4 every second. In 2023 we estimated that a minimum of 110,557,119 (one-hundred-and-ten million) disposable hats ended up in landfill.
We have been working very hard to develop and manufacture a robust product which can meet the needs of the different hospitals with and provide solutions to the challenges above which we feel is even more sustainable than embroidered theatre hats.
